Shimla: While returning from oath-taking ceremony in Shimla, on way to the helipad, PM Modi clogged by the iconic Indian Coffee House at Mall Road. PM over and over again used to spend time here a number of years ago, when he was in Himachal Pradesh, for party-related affairs.

As he enjoyed his coffee, people flocked around Pm Modi to click pictures with the prime minister and interestingly Modi also showed great enthusiasm to have the selfie.

PM Modi also posted a message on his twitter handle to recall old days

“In Shimla, relished coffee at the Indian Coffee House and reminisced old days. The coffee tastes as good as it did two decades ago when I would frequent Himachal for party work.” PM Modi tweeted

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with the galaxy of BJP leaders like Home Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP president Amit Shah, former deputy Prime Minister LK Advani and a number of Union ministers and chief ministers were present at Jai Ram Thakur’s swearing-in ceremony at the momentous Ridge Maidan in Shimla, HP which has commenced at 11 AM.

Mahendra Singh, Suresh Bhardwaj, Anil Sharma, Sarveen Choudhary, Ram Lal Markand, Vipin Singh Parmar, Virender Kanwar, Vikram Singh, Govind Singh and Rajiv Sahjal sworn-in as cabinet ministers along with CM elect Jairam Thakur.

Governor Aacharya Devvrat has administered the oath of office and secrecy to Thakur.
