Qamar Mohsin Sheikh is a Pakistani national and had come to India after marriage and has been living here since then. It is noteworthy that even last year Kamar Mohsin Shaikh tied rakhi to PM Modi. Then in the conversation with the journalists, she had said that this time she thought PM would be busy, but his phone came two days ago asking to meet on Raksha Bandhan. She was very happy about this. Qamar Mohsin Sheikh told that when she came to Delhi with her husband, then she met Narendra Modi.
