Kochi: Congress president Rahul Gandhi is currently touring Kerala in the upshot of the worst floods in the southern state. He alleged on the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) on Wednesday for bullying the roots of the democracy in the country.

He said, “There are two different visions of India, one is a centralized vision & other is decentralized vision. One respects only one ideology, based out of Nagpur & other respects all different ideas, cultures, and different people in this country. That fight is on”, Rahul Gandhi in Kochi.

Taking about the Centres financial aid to Kerala, Gandhi scion said the help is not enough, flood victims should get timely compensation.

“The extent of support that the central govt has given should be more. This is owed to the people of Kerala. It is their right. I am sad that central govt has not given as much aid as they should “, Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Kochi on Kerala Floods

He added, “I have visited a large no. of camps y'day, people are worried. I spoke to Kerela CM too. It is important that the govt gives a sense to the people that it is going to help re-build the houses. Compensation promised should be delivered quickly”.

Rahul Gandhi had landed in Trivandrum on Tuesday on a two-day visit to Kerala to review the relief and rescue operations being carried out in the after effects of the most awful floods here.
