A major accident occurred in Telangana on Monday. The incident occurred amidst the National Junior Kabaddi Championship event in the Suryapet district. At the same time, it is also being said that the stand suddenly came down after the crowd of people at the temporary stand made for the spectators who came to watch Kabaddi came down. After which the screaming started all around. According to the information that Kabaddi was going to start, this incident happened at the same time. After which Kabaddi was stopped and the injured were admitted to different hospitals nearby. More than 50 people are being reported in this accident.

There have also been reports that a temporary wooden stand was made by the organizers to watch Kabaddi. Due to the weakness, after the crowd gathered at the stand, the stand suddenly came down with people. After which the screaming started. The SP of Suryapet district, who reached the spot of the incident, while giving information to the media, said that people were definitely injured in the accident. But no one lost his life. 

Not only this, the tournament was to be played for two days from 22 March to 23 March. In which more than 1500 participants from 29 states were expected to participate. But after this incident, the entire program of Kabaddi deteriorated. The tournament was being jointly organized by the Telangana Kabaddi Association and Kabaddi Association of Suryapet District. Currently, all the players and referees participating in the tournament after the accident are safe.
