Washington: The staff of a restaurant in New Jersey in the US, who were struggling due to the epidemic, had tears in their eyes when a regular customer gave them $1000 (Rs 75,195 per Indian currency) as a tip. Arnold Teixeira, the owner of the restaurant, stated that he is our regular customer and has been visiting our restaurant continuously since 2001.

Teixeira further said, "The customer and his family ate their food and left without uttering a word. When they saw the tip given to them, he became emotional and started crying. "After that when I found the tip given and a message written on it, I felt emotional, it was very generous of them to be in this critical time."

The customer left a note with a tip in which he wrote "Thank you very much for continuing to work during this challenging time. We are very grateful for your food, warm smile, and a great atmosphere, and we admire you all a lot. with this great cuisine and food, the summers would not have been so good." The customer requested to distribute this tip among all the employees, thus the owner of the restaurant distributed this amount to all other workers except himself.
