A heart wrenching incident reported from Warangal, here a man attacked his parents and sister with a knife on Monday night at Vikas Nagar in Parkal town in the district. As per recent updates all three have been shifted to MGM hospital for treatment. The deceased was identified as Rokandla Padma (48) and the injured Rokandla Ramchander and Neeraja. According to police sources, Neeraja, who is five months pregnant, came to her parents’ home for delivery. It is said that the accused, Rajesh alias Ramesh, who works as a van driver, committed the crime due to alleged dispute on handing over the house to him.

However here it is to be noted that Rajesh lives in a rented house. He has been allegedly demanding that his parents vacate the ancestral house and hand it over to him. The Parkal police registered a case and shifted the body to a local government hospital for postmortem. Inspector Mahender Reddy and his team visited the spot and collected evidence.
