While sharing a photo of the baby along with the doctors, news agency ANI said, "A 32-year-old woman gave birth to a baby girl in Railway Hospital today at 11:03 AM. Baby has been named after the cyclonic storm, Fani. The woman is a railway employee, working as a helper at Coach Repair Workshop, Mancheswar. Both the mother&child are fine."  While many people welcomed the baby girl's arrival and prayed for her well being on Twitter, others suggested that the parents could have given her a different name since Fani means snake. To be noted that Cyclone Fani made landfall in Odisha's Puri district around 9 am with wind speeds of 175-185 kmph gusting to 200 kmph. The entire process of the eye of the cyclone entering land has been completed and the cyclone is now set to move towards the West Bengal coast.
