Aap MLA Vandana Kumari accused of beating up woman by sending goons

New Delhi: A video questioning the arvind kejriwal government's system in the national capital has come to light. The video shows a number of people kicking and beating a woman mercilessly with sticks and sticks. The incident took place in Delhi's Shalimar Bagh area. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) local MLA Vandana Kumari has been accused of beating the victim by sending her goons.

 

According to the report, if CCTV footage is closely viewed, it is found that the incident took place around 10:07 pm on November 19, 2021. CCTV camera clearly shows a car coming to a halt and a woman getting down from it. Another woman also starts parking her car there. In the meantime, suddenly 4-5 people suddenly come out of the adjacent street and start beating the woman. The accused brutally beat the woman with kicks and slaps. When the other woman in the car gets down from the car, the goons start beating her too. In the video, it can be seen that suddenly the goons take out sticks and start beating a woman mercilessly. The accused leave after brutally beating the woman.

The woman was later admitted to the hospital with injuries. According to media reports, the victim took out CCTV footage to take legal action against the miscreants after returning to the hospital. The victim has accused Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Vandana Kumari of beating her up by sending goons from Shalimar Bagh. Based on the woman's complaint, a FIR has been registered against unidentified persons and investigation has been initiated. The victim has named the AAP MLA in her complaint but surprisingly the FIR does not contain the name of the MLA at all. According to reports, police have arrested two women in the case and sent them to judicial custody.
