At the same time, she said,  'Abhinav do not pay a single penny in children's expenses'. Abhinav Kohli has now spoken openly about Shweta's statement of not paying. Coming live on Instagram, Abhinav said, "Shweta is lying". At the same time, during this live, he said, "Is she not ashamed to make such allegations?" In live, Abhinav said, "He has sent a part of his earnings to Shweta's bank account". Abhinav Kohli also made several allegations against Shweta. He said, 'You said I didn't spend a penny for the children's bringing up? Aren't you ashamed at all? When I was doing a show with Arjun Bijlani, who is with you, and after that I was doing two shows of Balaji. Then I transferred 40% of the money from my online account to your account. You took all that money and make allegations'

Abhinav Kohli had posted some videos on social media claiming that Shweta had left her son in a hotel and moved to Cape Town and is now seeing his son from the hotel. After seeing all this, Shweta had said, "I told Abhinav so much over the phone that I am going to Cape Town and Reyansh is completely safe with his family. My mother, relative and my daughter Palak are taking care of him. Also, from Reyansh, I will always be on a video call in the middle of the shoot. I had explained everything to Abhinav well but I was surprised when Abhinav posted the video".
