Actor Manoj Bajpayee, who has worked in movies as well as OTT, says he never chooses a favourite medium when it comes to showing off his work. The actor said, "Creative people should not be favorites, because you should work on whatever medium you are working for. All you have to do is look for good work that will excite and challenge you."

He gives examples of recent projects in which he worked and which have come out digitally. He said, "Many movies that come on OTT have done well. 'Bhonsle' and 'Silence' theatres were to be released. OTT came as a blessing and we can put these movies on OTT for people to watch. Theatres will reopen. More avenues, we can always have opportunities for all. More talent will be consumed and it will benefit."

The actor says his criteria for choosing scripts have always been the same. He said, "A good script, good character and good director, an honest intention and a character that I think I can play differently, somewhere I am going to challenge it and do it differently. These are things I see even after my 26-year career."
