Along with this, Acharya Balakrishna Ruchi Soya's Chairman of the Board's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Swami Ramdev will also be a member. According to the information received by the sources, Patanjali has settled the outstanding amount of 4,350 crore from Ruchi Soya's various financial lenders.
This acquisition will help Patanjali to take over edible oil plants like Mahakosh and Ruchi Gold. According to the information received according to the sources, the process of acquisition of Ruchi Soya has been completed by Patanjali. The amount has been transferred to an escrow account by Patanjali and the process of distributing it to financial debtors is underway.
