New Delhi: Rajnath Singh, the minister of Defense, will brief foreign envoys about Aero India on January 9 in Delhi.

As per the release issued by the Ministry of Defence on December 23, the 14th iteration of "Aero India 2023" will take place at Air Force Station Yelahanka in Bangalore from February 13 to February 17, 2023.

A significant aerospace and defence trade show, as well as an IAF aerial display, will be part of the five-day event. The show will also feature involvement from international think tanks in addition to participation from major aerospace investors and world leaders.

An exceptional opportunity for the sharing of knowledge, concepts, and deas and new developments in the aviation sector will be presented by Aero India. It would support the cause of Make in India in addition to boosting the domestic aviation industry.

Aero India 2021 attracted attendees and exhibitors from more than 55 nations. The defence minister spoke earlier on Tuesday at the groundbreaking ceremony for the crucial Siyom bridge in the frontier state's Siang district. 

Singh stated that although the nation does not support war, it will fight if one is imposed upon it. "Even if we oppose war, if it is imposed upon us, we will fight. We are working to protect the country from any dangers. The BRO (Border Roads Organization) is going shoulder to shoulder with our armed forces, which is encouraging "In Siang, Rajnath Singh, the defence minister said.

Rajnath Singh emphasised that the objective is to create a powerful and independent "New India" to successfully handle potential future issues that may develop owing to the continuously changing global environment.
