In fact, a student of Lovely Professional University (LPU) here committed suicide on campus on Tuesday. It is being told that he was studying in the first year. At the same time, after the suicide of the student, the students protested fiercely at LPU. In this case, the police say, a suicide note has been found from the student. In fact, he was studying in the first year of B.Design at LPU. He committed suicide on Tuesday afternoon. Under the information received in this case, the university informed the police and administration about this matter, after which the police reached the spot and started investigating.

Phagwara DSP said that prima facie it seems that the student was suffering from some personal problems. It seems from the suicide note of the deceased student. The parents of the student have also been informed, after which they are reaching the university. Police are investigating the case. On the other hand, LPU has given a statement expressing grief over this incident. In fact, they said, ''Preliminary police investigations and the contents of the suicide note indicating that the student was suffering from personal problems. The university will extend full cooperation to the police in further investigation. The university deeply regrets the death of the student and condolences to the family.''
