The Rohit Sharma-led Indian team is set to play the second semi-final against England on November 10. Before which, England suffered a big setback because the team's most powerful batsman Dawid Malan has been injured.  

Due to the injury of Dawid Malan, it is difficult for him to play in the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup against India. Malan suffered the injury in the midst of a four-wicket win over Sri Lanka on Saturday. The former world number one T20 batsman had to leave the field in the middle of the Sri Lankan innings and could not return to bat.  

Vice-captain Moeen Ali has said that Malan's injury is not good. He has also said that "He is a big player and has been playing for a long time. He is one of our best players but his injury is not good for us.'' England are scheduled to play against India in the semi-finals on Thursday. Ali has said about this, "It is special to play against India in any part of the world because they are a big power in cricket and their fans are innumerable."

Moeen has continued his talk about this and further said that 'England is the underdog. India have been playing brilliantly in the last one year and even if you look at the tournament, they are playing really well. I don't think we should be honest, but we're a little behind them.'

Fans are worried that some matches during the T20 World Cup have been washed out due to rain, so this may not happen in the semi-finals. The India-Bangladesh match was also held in Adelaide where rain scared India. It rained in India's match against Bangladesh and a new target was set by the Duckworth-Lewis method. Team India won on the last ball against Bangladesh.
