According to the information received, the Agra development authority's decision is applicable that the entry ticket of the domestic tourist will be increased by Rs 10 to Rs 60 instead of Rs 50. At the same time, if the new rates are implemented, domestic tourists will have to pay Rs 260 to enter the Taj Mahal and go to the main dome. The ticket of Rs 200 is from the main dome, while the ticket fee for foreign tourists will be increased from Rs 100 to Rs 1450 instead of Rs 1350. Agra Divisional Commissioner Amit Gupta said that a proposal for a ticket fee hike has been sent to the government. Once the proposal is approved, the increased rates on tickets will be implemented.
