Educational qualification;

Customer Agent: Candidates interested in applying for this post should be a graduate in any discipline (minimum three years' duration) from a recognised university with knowledge of basic computer operations.

Junior Customer Agent: The candidates interested in applying for this post should be Class 12 passed in any discipline from a recognised board/university with some knowledge of basic computer operations.

Age limit: Maximum 29 years

Pay scale

Customer Agent: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 14,610.

Junior Customer Agent: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 14,010.
