New Delhi: Air India is all set to serve in the fourth phase of the Vande Bharat Mission. In the fourth phase, Air India will operate 170 aircraft from 17 countries from July 3 to 15. The government started this mission on 6 May to repatriate Indian nationals trapped abroad. However, international passenger flight service in India has been suspended since 23 March due to Coronavirus infection.
According to an Air India document, it was reported that in the fourth phase of the mission, Air India from India to Canada, USA, UK, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Philippine, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Thailand, South Africa, Russia, Australia, Myanmar , Will operate 170 flights connecting Japan, Ukraine and Vietnam.
These flights will operate between July 3 and July 15. According to the document, 38 flights will operate on the Indo-UK route and 32 flights on the Indo-US route. It says that 26 flights of Air India will run between India and Saudi Arabia. Let us tell you that Air India is operating 495 chartered flights in the third phase of the mission starting from June 10 to July 4.
