Lucknow: The National Executive Committee of the Samajwadi Party (SP) was announced in Lucknow on Sunday. Shivpal Yadav, uncle of party chief Akhilesh Yadav, has also been included in the SP executive committee. Shivpal Yadav has been appointed as the national general secretary. At the same time, SP has rewarded Swami Prasad Maurya for calling Ramcharitmanas nonsense and made him a member of the executive committee.
