Lucknow: Promises, claims and accused have begun for Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. Samajwadi Party (SP) president and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday said CBI, income tax department and enforcement directorate were termed as BJP cells. Akhilesh claimed that the BJP, alarmed by the public support being given to the SP, has fielded six of its chariots against it but is not able to challenge the SP's chariot.

Addressing a rally during the Samajwadi Vijay Rath Yatra, Akhilesh said that we and you feel that we are taking away someone's rights. On the formation of the Government, within three months, a caste-based census will be conducted and all will be given rights and respect according to the population.  The ethnic census will make everything clear. In Uttar Pradesh, the caste census will be conducted within three months of the formation of the Samajwadi Party (SP) government and everyone will be given rights and respect according to the population. The people know that we have fulfilled all the promises we have made to date.

Akhilesh said Mainpuri, which witnessed Netaji's 'Karmabhoomi' and 'Kathi-Karni Ek', has shown in today's huge public meeting that the twenty-two will not only change but also "historic change" and get a huge majority that will be recorded in history.
