In the latest episode, Aarohi comes to Akshara and tells that Suwarna sent kachoris to her. Akshara asks her to give it to Manjiri and leaves in a hurry. Aarohi sees a medical file in Akshara’s hand and thinks where she is going. She determines to follow her. Abhimanyu tells Manjiri that it’s great Akshara isn’t home as they can even plan the surprise party properly. Parth asks him to call Kairav also so they can give a hand too. Manjiri, Neil, Kairav, Vansh and Parth bake a cake for Akshara and Abhimanyu’s hands starts to shake while writing happy birthday and he feels disheartened. 

They motivate him to write and he writes happy birthday on the cake. They make fun of him saying that Akshara will recognize as she is married to him despite knowing how bad doctors’ handwriting is. Neil says that it’s an improvement from his prescription as the handwriting on the cake is still better. Kairav asks Abhimanyu when Anisha is coming back. Abhimanyu tells that she doesn’t revert on time and asks Kairav if they’re in contact. Kairav tells that they hardly talk. Aarohi gets to know that Akshara is searching for Dr. Kunal. 

Akshara gets to know that Dr. Kunal will visit the Mosque in the evening. Abhimanyu tries to sing and learn guitar, he wonders if Akshara will get back on time. Akshara wishes that she meets Dr. Kunal and persuade him. Harsh asks Anand to give an envelope to Akshara for her birthday. Abhimanyu calls and asks Akshara why’s she in the Mosque.
