The kids singing reality show Superstar Singer 2 has enchanted its viewers. With their soulful singing, the contestants that’s the 'Best Bache Ever' continue to amaze the judges and special guests, week after week. The forthcoming episode is going to take the viewers on a musical roller coaster ride as the show will celebrate the original music free spirit – Kishore Kumar in the ‘Non-stop Kishore Kumar’ special episode this weekend which is also Kishore Kumar’s birthday. Celebrating the super iconic star with much aplenty, the captains, participants, and judges will be seen giving a phenomenal dance performance on some of the loved songs of B-town’s great playback singer, Kishore Kumar.

Superstar Singer 2 contestants Rohan Das and Pratyush Anand will give a stunning performance as they will dance on Kishore Kumar’s evergreen songs ‘Jai Jai Shivshankar’ and ‘Paisa Ye Paisa’. Their power-packed performance will light up the environment, leaving everyone stunned with their ‘spicy’ performance as they painted the emotions really well. Pratyush and Rohan’s performance will take Judge Alka Yagnik on a walk down the memory lane when she worked with the evergreen singer Kishore Kumar. 

A thrilled Alka Yagnik went on to share, “I feel absolutely lucky that I got a chance to work with Kishore da. I have done a lot of stage shows and also recorded a couple of songs like ‘Teri meri kahani’ and ‘Tumse badhkar duniya mein’ and some of the most super popular songs of Laxmikant Pyarelal. But I have to be truthful that I have had a lot of fun singing with him as he used to make us all laugh out loud. I would laugh so much that it affected my neck and I would actually ask him to stop making us giggle. Kishore Kumar is a powerhouse of spirit with a lot of romance and fun in his voice. I firmly believe he was a great personality as there was not a single thing that he could not do. From comedy, singing to acting and direction, he aced each and every role he got into. He was entirely god gifted as the impact his songs left on generations is a very rare thing.”

Complimenting Pratyush and Rohit, Alka said, “Pratyush and Rohan sang really well. They sang and performed so amazingly. If Kishore da would have been here, he would have been really excited or maybe he would have joined you all on stage and would have groved with you both. I am really overjoyed with your performance, it was a full on entertaining act.”

The adorable duo, Rohan and Pratyush before their performance said  that they visited late Kishore Kumar’s house to seek best wishes and blessings as they were all set to sing some of his evergreen songs.
