New Delhi: In view of the continuous decrease in the cases of corona infection, the government has decided to end the covid restrictions from March 31. However, according to the order of the Union Home Ministry, people have been instructed to be careful, wear masks and follow physical distance. Two years ago, the lockdown was imposed to prevent corona and after that many types of restrictions were implemented.

On March 24, the Central Government had issued guidelines for the first time under the Disaster Management Act 2005. In the last two years, this order has also been changed several times. In a letter sent to all the state secretariats on March 22, it has been said that in the last two years, there has been a lot of development in the fields of testing, surveillance, contact tracing, treatment, vaccination, and health facilities.

It was said in this letter that from March 31, all the containment zones will be abolished. The Center has also said that there may no longer be a need to impose restrictions under the Disaster Management Act. However, some precautions are necessary. These days, cases of corona are increasing rapidly in many countries all over the world.
