Pushpa: The Rise, Allu Arjun's most recent film, has surpassed all box office records. The film has amassed a total of Rs 300 crore in box office receipts and is now ready to be released on the OTT platform. On January 7, Pushpa will be available on Amazon Prime Video. The streaming rights to the film were reportedly sold for a large sum. From January 7, Pushpa will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime. The OTT platform made an announcement on January 5th. 

Amazon Prime Video paid approximately Rs 27-30 crore for the streaming rights of Pushpa. "The satellite value of a film is larger than the OTT deal," a source told Indian Today. Pushpa is available on OTT in four languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada in the case of Pushpa. Those who haven't seen it in the theatres will now make a point of watching it on OTT."

"We are seeing an increase in costs from a number of South studios for deals following the release of Pushpa," the source continued. Everyone else is obviously looking to cash in on Pushpa's success and strike while the iron is hot." Pushpa, directed by Allu Arjun, made ripples not just in South Indian cinema but also across the country. Several renowned producers are reportedly courting Allu Arjun to pursue a pure Hindi feature.

The film follows the development of a coolie engaged in the smuggling of red sanders, a rare wood found only in the Seshachalam Hills in Andhra Pradesh. In addition to Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles.
