Material required:
2 medium potatoes
To make the masala:
1 1/2 tablespoon Desi Ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tablespoons ginger, sliced
4 green chillies
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method of making: First cut the potatoes. Then soak the potatoes in water for 5 minutes. Now boil the potatoes in water. Once the water comes to a boil then add potatoes in it and cook till it is fully cooked. Make sure that the potato does not become too much that the potato will break. Now when they are cooked, take out their water. Now put the desi ghee in a pan and cook the spices. You should also take care that the spices do not get cooked too much. Then add potatoes to it. Now add a pinch of salt to it. Then add nutmeg, coriander powder and white pepper to it. Now stir the vegetable quickly. Now add lemon juice and green coriander. Finally, serve it hot by mixing well.
