Material required:

1 kg Chicken

8 whole red chilies

1 tbsp coriander seeds

1/2 tsp ghee

1 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste

1 kg Tomato, sliced

4 green chilies, sliced

2 1/2 tbsp ginger

2 tablespoons fresh coriander

1 tsp green cardamom powder

1/2 tsp large cardamom powder

A pinch of pepper powder

A pinch of cumin powder

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

A pinch of fennel powder

Salt to taste

Make tasty South India dish Nei Appam at home with this recipe

Preparation method: First of all roast whole coriander and whole red chilies and grind coarsely. Then heat ghee in a pan, add garlic to it and fry it lightly. Now add powdered spices and mix well. Then add tomatoes and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add ginger and green chilies to it and fry it on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Now add chicken to it and mix it well and let the chicken cook completely. Then add salt and fresh green coriander and mix well. Now add big cardamom powder, black pepper, cumin powder, fenugreek seeds powder, fennel powder and green cardamom powder. Now run it and serve hot at the end.
