necessary ingredients :
500 gms White flour
100 grams Ghee
200 ml (ml) water
1 kg sugar
A pinch of saffron
200 grams sweet mawa
15 grams pistachios (peeled), sliced
15 grams almonds (peeled), sliced
Ghee (for frying)
Preparation method:
First of all, add water and ghee to the flour and knead it, then keep it aside for 30 minutes. Now divide the dough into 12 parts and then thin it and close it by placing mawa in the middle. Then fry it in ghee till it becomes golden brown. Now add sugar in hot water and take sugar syrup. Then dip the kachori in sugar syrup and remove it, garnish with dry fruits and serve.
