Material required:
200 gm (cut into pieces) cottage cheese
5 large tomatoes, sliced
2 ghee
1 tbsp ginger
2 tsp green cardamom
1/2 sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 Tomato Catchup
Cashew
2 tsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 cup milk
Preparation method: First boil the ginger and tomato for 5 minutes and then after cooling it, grind it to a puree and keep it aside. Now heat ghee in a pan, add cardamom and fry it for a minute. Then add red chilli, tomato puree and tomato sauce, salt, sugar and garam masala. Mix it well and let it boil. Then add cashew and fenugreek along with cashew paste and mix it well. Now add half a cup of water and let it cook. Now put the pieces of cottage cheese in a nonstick pan and cook till it turns golden brown on both sides. Now add the paneer pieces to the gravy. Then mix milk in it, it will thicken the gravy. Now cook it on low heat till the ghee separates. Finally, serve it hot.
