Srinagar: Every year, devotees of Lord Shiva are waiting to see Baba Barwani, because baba's darshan is done only once a year. Devotees of Bholenath reach Amarnath Dham with the chants of Har-Har Mahadev in inaccessible roads. Preparations start months in advance, so that devotees do not face any kind of problem. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor (LG) Manoj Sinha reviewed the preparations.
Manoj Sinha further said that the officials of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board are working hard to ensure that there is no problem in the needs and facilities of the devotees during the yatra. Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha participated in the first puja through video conferencing to formally launch the annual Shri Amarnathji Yatra. It is the dream of millions of devotees all over the world to visit Baba Barbani once in a lifetime.
Regarding this, LG Sinha said that the local residents here have contributed immensely for the success of the yatra starting from July 1. This will also increase livelihood opportunities and will also accelerate the local economy. BSF is also fully alert for the security of the yatra. The preparations of all security agencies, including the administration, have intensified for the annual Amarnath Yatra and that is why the Border Security Force (BSF) is also waiting for the commencement of this yatra by completing preparations. Speaking to reporters in Srinagar, IG BSF said that the responsibility of security in the Amarnath Yatra is by and large the responsibility of all security agencies.
