Washington: There was a time when European countries considered India as a 'country of snake charmers' and Hindustan used to be under pressure from superpowers like America and Britain. But, today's new India has become so competent and capable that the whole world is believing in its power. The recent statement issued by the White House confirms how much India's stature has increased at the international level today.   

Actually, America has given an important statement regarding the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine for the last one year. America has said that India's PM Narendra Modi can play an important role in ending this war. Not only this, America has said that only PM Modi can talk to Vladimir Putin and convince him to end the war. In fact, when White House spokesman John Kirby was asked whether it was too late for PM Modi to stop the war between Ukraine and Russia or to convince President Putin? 

In response, White House spokesman John Kirby said the US would welcome any effort that could end the war in Ukraine. White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that I think Putin still has time to stop this war. PM Modi can persuade Putin for this. America would welcome any effort that would end this enmity. He said that we feel that the war can end today, so it should end today itself.

John Kirby further stated that Vladimir Putin is the only person responsible for what is happening to the Ukrainian people and that he can still stop it. But, instead of doing that, Putin is firing cruise missiles at energy and electricity infrastructure.
