New Delhi: Between the lockdown and the corona epidemic, many steps are being taken all over the world. In Europe, especially Italy and Spain, there have been cases of infection. In such a situation, the local government is now slowly opening the lockdown. As part of European countries' efforts to exempt lock-downs in a phased and systematic manner, Spain allowed children to play outside for the first time after a six-week shutdown.

The Spanish government has also allowed family members to go to the Morning and Evening Walk together. Amidst the decline in the death toll in Italy, PM Giuseppe Conte has prepared a timeline to return to normalcy under which factories, construction operations and wholesale supply businesses are conditioned to take necessary steps to control the transition. Permission to resume work has been granted.

Meanwhile, US governors are taking steps to exempt lock-downs in their respective states. Governors in New York and Michigan, the worst affected infections in the US, have decided to keep the shutdown at least until May. Georgia, Oklahoma and Alaska have allowed some businesses to reopen.
