Customs officials in the US have seized a private aircraft going to Venezuela in which 82 guns including a sniper rifle and 63,000 rounds cartridges were kept. US officials have given this information about this. In this case, the officers have detained two pilots.

US Customs and Border Safety official said in a media release on Tuesday that a large number of cash and goods are being smuggled from the US. Two pilots named Luis Alberto Patino and Gregory Mendez of Venezuela were arrested on Saturday for illegally possessing weapons in the country.

According to the release, the aircraft and the luggage loaded in it have been seized. It was not clear from where they were actually purchased, but after this detention, the tension between the US and Venezuela has been increasing for the past several months. Jared Raine, special agent of 'Homeland Security Investigations' told that one of the arrested people have said that the last destination of the plane was Venezuela.
