Washington: Farmers has been agitating in Delhi for the last two months in protest against the new agricultural laws of the Center. America has now given its first reaction to the peasant movement. The US State Department has said that peaceful protest is considered the hallmark of democracy in any country. In this case, the differences in the laws should be resolved through discussion. This reaction from America on the peasant movement has come at a time when many international stars have given their support to the peasant movement.

A US State Department spokesman said, "The United States believes that peaceful protest is the hallmark of any thriving democracy. Differences should be resolved through dialogue". He also said, "The Supreme Court of India has also supported peaceful protests. We encourage differences to be resolved through discussion.? The strictness of the police is being increased on the three border boundaries of Delhi (Sindhu, Tikri and Ghazipur) where the farmers movement is going on.

After putting a big nail on the road at the border, the administration has made a thick wall by connecting the barricades with cement on the Indus border. On the Ghazipur border, barbed wire has been installed from Delhi. The internet has also been turned off at the places of protest. International celebs are sharing and tweeting these news related to the movement. Several popular stars including American pop singer Rihanna, Sweden's climate activist Greta Thunberg, American actress Amanda Kearney, singer Jay Sean, Dr. Jius, former adult movies artist Mia Khalifa, Meena Harris, the niece of US Vice President Kamala Harris, and other popular stars in India also supported the protest.
