Mumbai: The date of voting for the Maharashtra Assembly elections has been declared, political activities in the state have also intensified. Addressing a public meeting in Buldhana, Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked the Congress and NCP fiercely. Shah said that corruption is a rite of Congress and NCP. PM Modi and Devendra Fadnavis cannot be accused of anti-corruption, BJP has done the job of giving such transparent governments.

Amit Shah said that "the BJP is working towards the development of Vidarbha and Maharashtra. Whereas, Congress and NCP are working for the development of their sons. Sharad Pawar, Supriya Sule, Ajit Pawar and their sons are all in the fray. Amit Shah asked if no one else has talent. These family parties cannot develop Maharashtra. Amit Shah said that on one side there is BJP and Shiv Sena under the leadership of Narendra Modi, on the other side there is NCP and Congress. The NCP-Congress is a party for its family, while the BJP is a party for the country.

Amit Shah said that now the people of Maharashtra have to decide what party government they want. Speaking on Article 370, Amit Shah said that "when the issue was being debated, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that the removal of Article 370 would cause rivers of blood to flow into Kashmir. But I want to tell the Congress leaders today that after the withdrawal of 370 rivers, there is not even a single strand of blood".
