New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday held talks with the Chief Ministers of all states on the fourth phase of the lockdown. The Home Minister wanted to know the views of the Chief Ministers of the states regarding Lockdown 4.0. He discussed the current situation of Lockdown 4.0. He asked the Chief Ministers of the states about their opinion on the lockdown after May 31.

The period of Lockdown-4 is ending on 31 May. Whether Lockdown 5.0 will be applicable in the country or not the matter is under consideration. However, the government's lockdown continues to churn at 5.0. Before the end of Lockdown 4, the sound of Lockdown-5 has been heard. On 31 May, PM Narendra Modi will communicate with the countrymen through Mann Ki Baat. Sources say that the increase of lockdown for two weeks is almost certain.

The government seems to be trying to get the economy back on track by giving more relaxation. But those districts which are most affected by Corona are less likely to get relief this time too. According to the information given by the sources, 11 cities in lockdown 5 will continue to be under lockdown. These are the cities where cases of corona infection are increasing continuously. There is a possibility of further loosening of restrictions in other areas.
