New Delhi: IPL 2022 has ended on Sunday (May 29) and Gujarat Titans (GT) has created history by winning its final. For the first time in this season of IPL, GT's team performed brilliantly under the captaincy of Hardik Pandya and won the trophy by defeating many-time champion teams. After this blazing victory of Gujarat, Amul, the main milk producer of this state in the country, has congratulated the team with his famous unique cartoon.
Anand Milk Union Limited i.e. Amul has commemorated the glorious victory of Gujarat Titans through the indigenous multilingual micro-blogging platform Koo App. In its post along with the Amul girl cartoon, it read, 'Amul Samachar: Gujarat Titans won a sensational victory in their debut season of IPL (First season coming)'.
Along with this, Amul's signature style cartoon has also been shared, in which it is written at the top, "Titans are remembered! Amul for a warm welcome." The cartoon depicts the Amul Girl standing next to Hardik Pandya holding the IPL trophy in hand and a glowing Amul Butter in one of her hands, represented by Hardik Pandya and the Amul Girl on his fingers as a victory sign. It is also visible on the top.
Let us tell you that in the IPL final match played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat won the title by defeating Rajasthan Royals (RR) by seven wickets. Six years later, this league has got a new champion and Gujarat Titans has become the seventh team to win the title. In the final match, Gujarat captain Hardik Pandya restricted Rajasthan to 130 runs on the basis of his brilliant bowling. Although Hardik could score only 16 runs with the bat, he played a key role in the team's victory by taking the wickets of big batsmen like Sanju Samson, Hetmyer and Butler.
