Noida: There is still confusion over the death of All India Akhara Parishad President Mahant Narendra Giri. This is not the first time that Anand Giri has been caught up in a fight but in many old cases when Anand Giri has been in the news for controversies.

He had arrived with his friends on June 13, 2020 at Brahmachari Kuti Ashram in Sector 82, Noida. Anand Giri had tried to occupy the ashram here. But when he failed to take possession, he left with his friends on June 16. Maharaj had also complained to Noida police, but the police neither registered any FIR nor took any action.
