Following the controversy over the photoshoot, the 'UYear' actress has apologized while writing a post on her Facebook page. In the statement, she mentioned that the subject of the photoshoot had changed due to some problems. She also confessed that she could not refuse the team even when she made a mistake.
After which Anarkali has written "My deepest apologies. I swear I will be more careful about such racist and casteist tendencies in popular culture that I too became part of. I have informed the photographer that I will not repost the photos nor promote it in any way, ”.
