Amravati: Schools all over India are closed due to Coronavirus. Schools and colleges were closed in the country since 25th March. Now there is information about the opening of schools and colleges. According to the information received recently, the Andhra Pradesh government has made a plan to open schools from 5 September. In addition to this, a final decision has been yet to be taken in view of the situation around 5 September. Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy held a review meeting regarding educational institutions.

The state education minister A. Suresh while talking to the media said that "The government has planned to open schools from 5 September. However, the final decision will be taken in view of the situation." In this conversation, he also said that until the school does not open, the ration of mid-day meal will be transported to the children's home. Not only this, LKG and UKG will also be started in the government schools and coaching for IIT JEE, AP EAMCET will also be provided to children.

Apart from this, he said, "To improve education, joint director posts are also being created at the district level. The Chief Minister has recently talked about the creation of two Director Range posts at the state level. With this, government schools will be English medium. There is a plan to open a junior school in every division of the state."
