Andhra Pradesh High Court Cancels Intermediate Admission

The High Court quashed the notification of inter-online admission. The Andhra Pradesh government was once again hit back in the High Court over intermediate online admissions, and ordered that admissions continue as usual for the current academic year. Admissions will be conducted for this academic year as before. The High Court further directed that from the next academic year, online admission can be taken after taking everyone's opinion.

It is learned that the education department of the state has issued orders for online admission in intermediate and asked students to apply from 13th to 23rd of this month. Board of Intermediate Education Secretary Ram Krishna has issued an order that online admission will be done in all inter colleges of the state, in which reservation will be applicable.

 The High Court has heard a petition filed by the Central Andhra Junior College Management Association. The petition was filed by the students along with the secretary of the association Devarapalli Ramana Reddy. The petitioners explained to the court that the rules for online entry were not disclosed and a proper procedure had not been devised.
