The whole world knows about great scientists like Albert Einstein or Stephen Hawking, but apart from these there have been some scientists who are hardly known by all. Along with this, one such scientist was Alan Turing, who today knows the world as an 'anonymous scientist'. Many historians believe that it was Alan Turing, due to which World War II ended two years ago. Born on 23 June 1912 in London, Alan Turing was a computer scientist, mathematician, logician, cryptanalyst, philosopher and theoretical biologist. Turing is widely regarded as the father of theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence.

With this, during his short life span of 41 years, he had done many such things, due to which people still remember him. At the time of World War II, it was Alan who decoded the secret message of the German U-boat (submarine) deployed in the Atlantic Ocean. It is said that by doing this, he had reduced the war in Europe by almost two years and saved the lives of millions of people. For your information, it is estimated that if he had not done this, the war would have been two years more. It would have gone on and perhaps the world would have been different. Also in 1952, Allen was convicted of obscenity. At the same time, he says that he was sentenced to impotent by giving drugs.

Actually, Allen was gay and at that time homosexuality was considered a crime in Britain. Let me tell you that he accepted chemical synthetic treatment with DES as an alternative to going to jail. He died on June 7, 1954. At the same time, he says that he committed suicide by taking cyanide pill. Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown admitted a few years ago that Alan had been 'horribly abused' in Britain. For this, he had also officially apologized publicly. Subsequently, in 2013, Queen Elizabeth II granted him a posthumous pardon.
