Patna: Mohammad Moiuddin, who took off his pajama in front of the idol of Mother Goddess in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, and urinated in the temple premises, has been declared mentally deranged by the Bihar Police. In a tweet, the Bihar Police has told that, 'The matter of mental derangement of the young man who did unwanted acts near the temple has come to light. Medical certificates have been presented by his relatives. However, social media users are also criticizing the Bihar Police for this.'

However, the Bihar Police has also said that advance action will be taken, although no clear information has been received as to what further action will be taken. Along with this, Bihar Police has also warned in its tweet that 'don't pay attention to rumours, don't spread misleading news'. Action will be taken against those who spread rumours. 

What is the matter:-

On the day of Eid (April 22), a person named Mohammad Moiuddin had done dirty acts by going to the temple. He entered the temple wearing slippers and stood in front of the idol of Mother Goddess with open pajama and then Moiuddin urinated in the temple itself. After this incident, tension has spread in the entire area. The incident pertains to the Hanuman temple located at Kalyani Chowk under Nagar police station in Muzaffarpur. When the crowd started gathering, Moiuddin escaped from there after getting the opportunity. The people present there say that Moiuddin was also shouting religious slogans during such heinous act.

Another mental deranged: -

Let us inform that, often those who do such activities in temples turn out to be mentally deranged. Sometime back in Hyderabad, two burqa-clad Muslim women had broken the idol of Goddess Durga, as well as broken the idols of Jesus and Mother Mary by going to the church, they were also declared mentally ill by the Hyderabad police. In Jharkhand, Rameez Ahmed, who had vandalized the idol of Hanuman ji by breaking the lock of the temple, was also declared mentally ill by the police. Similarly, Ahmed Murtaza Abbasi, who attacked policemen with a sharp weapon while shouting Allah-hu-Akbar in Gorakhpur, was also called mentally ill by his father and Samajwadi Party (SP) chief. After seeing such incidents, it definitely comes to think that, why are those who attack temples only mentally deranged and why these mental deranged can never do such an act in the mosque?  

At the same time, a question also arises that, if an incident like Moiuddin had happened in any other religious place, would that young man have been able to survive? Because, we have seen a dead body of a person in case of sacrilege during Kisan Andolan, we have seen the brutal killing of people like Kanhaiyalal, Umesh Kolhe, Harsha just because of a  post on social media, openly on the streets Slogans of 'Sir Tan Se Juda' have been seen. The question remains that, if Hindus are so tolerant even after being in majority, till when will they take undue advantage of it?
