Visakhapatnam: The corona epidemic has created a lot of panic all over the country, meanwhile, the second wave of corona is yet to be completely destroyed and everyone is still in the panic of the epidemic. The fear of corona in East Godavari in Andhra Pradesh was so absorbed in a family that it distinguished itself from the outside world for 15 months. A family member used to go only to collect the necessities. The rest did not leave the house for 15 months.

East Godavari police rescued three girls of the family who locked themselves in a small dark room immediately after the outbreak of the epidemic last year. Neither the girls nor their mother was seen by anyone. The same case came to light when village volunteers from Kadli village in Razol Manual received information that a five-member family was not leaving their homes and three girls had not been seen by many people for several months. The villagers began to doubt. The villagers then handed it over to the police.

John Benny, 50, along with his wife Ruthamma, imprisoned his three daughters in a house. The family was in fear from the house of corona deaths. One of John Benny's neighbours was killed due to corona's first wave. The family separated themselves after the death of the neighbour. The local SI Krishimachari received the news through village volunteers that three girls were locked in the same room for fear of corona and that their father left the house. Police reached home and rushed three girls living inside the room to the hospital for the past one and a half years where they are being taken care.
