Amravati: An announcement has been made about setting up a sample collection counter for corona investigation in Andhra Pradesh. Recently the state government has issued orders for speculation. As per the order issued, sample collection counters are to be installed at VRDL Labs and TruNat Labs. The government has issued orders to the Joint District Collectors.

According to his order, it is being considered to take necessary steps to enable the employees to work in the three shifts at the sample collection counters of the Corona investigation. In its order, it has also been clarified that the samples collected in the labs should be recorded in the Covid portal as soon as the reports are received and according to the Covid protocol, the samples will be preserved. Apart from this, it has also been said that without an ID number, without lid test and without following the boxing rules, a Covid test cannot and should not be done.

It is also ordered that the results of the red marked samples should be released immediately. It has been said that once a corona-positive person comes back positive, he will not be considered a new case. The government has also given instructions to VRDL Labs. In its instruction, it states that 'the results filed in MSS Kovid portal and ICMR portal should not take even half an hour'.
