Actor Arjun Kapoor, who is awaiting his second release this year, has been busy supporting the needy by keeping aside the promotions of his movie 'Sardar Ka Grandson'. Gahe Bagahe along with his girlfriend Malaika Arora, who is seen in the digital world, wants her well-being to remain a curtain. But, her close aide says Arjun Kapoor is quietly delivering food to the poor and delivering hygiene kits. According to media reports Arjun Kapoor and his sister Anshula Kapoor have an online celebrity fundraising platform. Through which both of them are working to mobilize assistance for the people across the country. Efforts are being made to reach out to as many people as possible during this epidemic. Janha Arjun and Anshula have also collected 1 crore rupees for the work with the help of their loved ones and have so far helped more than 30,000 needy people and their families.

Arjun says, "This epidemic has pushed us into the deep sea of sorrow. It has inspired all of us to help as many people as possible in our own way. Anshula and I have tried to contribute. We are happy that we have been able to help the needy people all over India and our efforts are still going on".

Movie producer Boney Kapoor has also expressed pride in his son's initiative. According to Arjuna, his aim was to reach out to as many people as possible from rationing the month to serving fresh food and giving cash to migrant labourers and providing hygiene kits to prevent corona. Arjun expressed hope that it would have helped him a little in fighting the virus and protecting it from its devastating effects. Continuing, Arjun says that we can experience satisfaction only by helping each other in this hour of trouble. Not only that, he has further said, "I have invested the accumulated capital of my life in this industry. The platform was able to help the very needy and help them in this difficult time, which was the purpose".
