According to Himachal Pradesh CM Jairam Thakur, Punjab has decided to implement the new Pay Commission, so the Himachal government will also implement it. The benefit stake will be extended by the State Government to the employees. The government has increased retirement and gratuity for new pension scheme personnel who have retired from 2003 to 2017. 110 crores. According to the CM, the State Government has decided to increase the share of basic pay, Dearness Allowance and NPAs from 10% to 14% under the new Pension Scheme.
