Jammu: Increasing terrorist infiltration in our country for many days has created havoc in the hearts of people. Four terrorist were killed by the security forces in the encounter for the third consecutive day in South Kashmir. Weapons and ammunition have been recovered from the slain militants. An officer of Major rank has also been injured in the operation. In the last three days, eight terrorists and one assistant have been killed.

Earlier on Saturday, two militants and a facilitator were shot dead in Pulipama district in Goripora village in Avantipora area. On Friday, two terrorists who had kidnapped a policeman from Shirpora in Kulgam district were also killed by security forces.
