Bhopal: Congress MLA Arif Masood gave a provocative statement at Iqbal Maidan in Bhopal, capital of Madhya Pradesh. The difficulties have increased for him. In this case, now the Special Court has removed the arrest warrant against Masood. It is being told that so far 6 people arrested in the case have been arrested. Arif Masood has not been arrested at the same time. In the court of special court judge Pravendra Kumar Singh, who is hearing the case of MPs and MLAs in the capital Bhopal, the Talaiya police submitted an application in connection with Section-82-83 (Proclamation of Ferrari) against the accused Arif Masood.
Judge Pravendra Kumar Singh has also issued orders to issue an arrest warrant against Arif Masood after the hearing. He was accused of inciting religious sentiments. Due to this charge, the court refused to grant him anticipatory bail on 8 November. While hearing the case, the special judge rejected the anticipatory bail application of Arif Masood in view of the seriousness of the crime. Masood has been accused that he gathered a crowd of thousands in Iqbal Maidan and gave a speech provoking religious sentiments.
Arif Masood said, 'The work of the President of France is giving consent to the Hindu government sitting in India. The Hinduist government sitting in Madhya Pradesh is fueling the insult of the Muslim class. The Central and State government of India should open their ears and listen, if this act of France is not opposed, then they will fight too. On the other hand, Talaiya police station in-charge DP Singh says, "There are two separate cases against Arif Masood and his supporters in Talaiya police station."
