New Delhi: The cases of coronavirus are increasing at every speed in every corner of the country, every day someone is losing life due to this virus. Plasma bank is going to be started in Delhi to treat infected patients amidst increasing cases of coronavirus. The announcement was made today, on Monday, 29 June 2020, in a press conference by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal.

According to the information, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, "The Delhi government has decided to start a plasma bank for the treatment of corona patients. It will be started in a gap of 2 days. I request patients recovering from Corona to donate plasma."

Reports of 2889 new people in Delhi came positive so far. With which the number of infected has crossed 83 thousand. According to the Health Bulletin of the Delhi Government, the number of total infected has now reached 83,077 with 2889 new cases. Of these, 52,607 people have fully recovered after treatment. 27,847 people are still under treatment. Apart from this, 141 new Containment Zones are increasing in Delhi in three days. Containment zone is being renewed from 26 June 2020. Large Containment Zone has been transformed into Micro Containment Zone. Thereby ease of contact tracing with better monitoring.
