Guwahati: The doors of Kamakhya Temple located in Kamrup in Assam have opened from today. Devotees can now go to the temple. This temple was closed due to Corona epidemic. Before the Durga Puja, the Kamakhya temple of Assam has been opened for devotees.

Giving information, the committee has said that the doors of the temple have been opened today. However, the inner sanctum will remain closed for now. The door of the temple complex will be open from eight o'clock in the morning till sunset. According to the Kamakhya Temple Management Committee, the temple's temple complex will be open from 8 am until sunset. Where the maximum time for each devotee will be 15 minutes. The temple was closed earlier this year due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

Let us tell you that the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has released new guidelines outside the Containment Zone, according to which, gradually all the people are getting back on track. In view of the Navratri coming in a few days, the administration has opened the temple to devotees, although the Corona Protocol will be fully taken care of during this time.
