New Delhi: The leaders of Delhi and Punjab of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) have gathered at Jantar Mantar today against the new agriculture laws. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has also reached Jantar Mantar to participate in this demonstration. CM Kejriwal had expressed his support for the farmers' protest against the agriculture laws.

During this, CM Arvind Kejriwal said that today farmers of Punjab have come to the capital, all farmers are welcome in Delhi. Today everyone has come to express their unhappiness in Delhi. At this time paddy is harvested in fields, sowing is done. But the farmer has to leave the field and come here. The government wants to snatch farming from farmers and give it to companies.

CM Kejriwal further said that earlier grain had to be imported from outside. Then the farmers of Punjab worked hard and gave birth to a Green Revolution within the country. The farmers of Punjab had made the country self-sufficient in the matter of food grains. The BJP had asked to implement the Swaminathan report before the election but did not do so. Regarding the introduction of the Agriculture laws without consulting the farmers, Kejriwal said that he did not ask the farmer and left the farmer to die. The farmer has been stabbed on the back.
